Yes, we can send you as many cookies as you like. Please reach out to us if you want to order a membership for more than two dozen cookies a month.

Yes, each increase in the length of the membership comes with a lower cost per month. In addition, all subscriptions of three months or longer include free delivery.

A chocolate chip of the month subscription is about taking you on a journey of unexpected flavors; getting to choose your flavors would be the end of the adventure! However, we do allow customers to choose their flavors in special orders of over 8 dozen.

If you don’t want the next month’s cookie for any reason, you can contact us up to a week before your next delivery and request the Classic Chocolate Chip. We'll swap it out for free!

We send the cookies via USPS Priority, with a 2-3 day ship time, no matter the location. You won’t need to sign for it.

We send cookies within a week of your order. If your order falls in the last week of the month, your first box will contain next month's flavor. We'll send a confirmation email with the tracking number when your cookies are in the mail!

We are happy to share the ingredients lists for any of our cookies. Just email us and we'll send it right over.

Though we do offer vegan, gluten-free and nut free options, all of our cookies are made in the same kitchen, and using shared equipment. Please take special care if you have an allergy or extreme sensitivity.

Yes! All our flavors can be made vegan or gluten free (though we do use gluten flour in our kitchen, so extremely sensitive individuals should be sensitive to their needs). Any flavor can also be made without nuts.

Our cookies will taste fresh for 3-5 days right out of the box. They are made with no preservatives, so if you want to keep them fresh for longer than that you can throw them in the freezer for up to 3 months. The next time you get a hankering for a cookie you can throw one in a 350 oven for 3 minutes, or in the microwave for up to 30 seconds.
